Tried to open an acct as I have just bought a second home in Palm Desert - and did buy $250.00 worth of product and really enjoyed the store - so wanted a charge or debit card to facilitate additional shopping for both our US home and as Target is coming to Canada would be great to have. Even though I had ID and US bank acct/address I was unable to open an acct as I don't have a Social security # - why not be like Kohls and have a CANDIAN screen - goodness knows your firm could use the business. I will not shop at Target again until I have the ability to take advantage of the discounts.
