I bought a bit of furniture at Macys Ny on July 4th so that as of 7/24 I still do possess a shipping day. I've been coping with customer support trying to obtain a good certification of insurance therefore my Co Op may approve the shipping. It has been probably the most meticulous procedure I've ever endured to cope with. I actually have already been about the telephone nearly 8 hours looking to get this completed. I increased the problem to some boss and he or she was the worse of all of them. She was brief and rude and did not contact me back as she'd guaranteed. I've looked at Macys for atleast two decades and also have been completely switched off. I'm rescheduling the purchase and rescheduling my charge card. I'd like nothing related to the corporation anymore. They clearly don't enjoy their clients if this is the way they handle them. I am sure I will find elsewhere to invest my income. Buyers beware.
