Worst experience for me personally to complete online purchase event

Worst experience for me personally to complete online purchase actually. I requested a mattress at May 11, they charged me immediately at that evening, and did not do something for that fourteen days untill around May 28 I named, they explained it had been delivered out one day earlier. Today today is June 13. I still did not obtain the mattress. I contact to stop, but was informed I will just get $33 to my charge card for reimbursement. Paid $460 for that sleep. Really poor knowledge, I examined this shop history, it ended up a lot of upset clients, a lot of damaging cmments. It is disgrace to operate an internet business such as this.
