Williamssonoma can be an Over-Priced, Over-Rated Niche Furniture Store who just cares about their Million bucks plus main point here! They don’t worry about their customers’ security, or does it remain behind its corporate ideals of the “Customer Means Everything”… particularly when you receive ROBBED within their shop
I had been in Williams Sonoma’s Highland Park, Illinois shop area within the hectic holidays. Our bag was taken quickly of me within their shop! I had been broken, and incredibly psychologically troubled! I told among the ladies behind the table what had occurred, all she did was state she was sorry, and extended to ring up revenue! They never named law enforcement. I'd to request to make use of their telephone (quarry was taken in my own bag) to contact law enforcement. The clients were more worried and much more thoughtful compared to Williamssonoma workers. You'd believe they'd possess some kind of process in position for security and situations like mine.

It’s about how Williamssonoma treats their clients after an event like mine, and just how it's managed inside their organization, that issues within the courtroom of “public opinion.” It's not right that I get robbed from by somebody in another of their shops, after which I endure further misuse from corporate and its own authorized office. To become ignored with no concession from Williamssonoma exhibits insufficient empathy because of its clients. This is the way they “answer the needs” of the clients which means that “Everything”?
