My partner and that I put 3 big furniture purchases in January. We were guaranteed that people might get the furniture within 6 months.By April 16th we've not gotten something. They don't return our telephone calls. Whenever we go to the shop they declare that the "production vans have now been postponed by ideal." They appear not able to monitor our purchase. We highly believe they never requested our "custom furniture" and they will undoubtedly be losing sight of company quickly. A week ago, we terminated the multi-thousand dollar cost on our charge card and we've not noticed a term from their website.
