I was forced by BizRate to fill out a questionaire about Apex before I could proceed with my order. At the time I didn't know Apex from a can of beans. I do now. They are worthless and shouldn't be in business. After I completed your stupid survey I was allowed to continue with my order. I was irritated that you forced that survey on me and I wish I would have left the site at that time. Apex promised next day shipping on the motorcycle battery I ordered. It must be by snail. It's been three weeks now and I was told today (an answer to my email) that it would be another month. I was given no notice of that. I had to do all the contacting. All I was offered was a credit on my account if I wished to cancel. I don't want an account with a useless company like Apex. They'll never see another penny from me or anyone I know. I'm stuck waiting the month. If I ever see a BizRate survey pop up again I'm shutting the computer off and unplugging it.
