I work-in "customer support" and understand firsthand what it's. I cope with back-order problems / deliveries problems / damages / customer support grievances / costs / all day long long... I will actually say." I don't think something I notice or something I-say holds true" I'm ashamed of it and just remain to aid my loved ones...
