I purchased a bed/boxspring, blankets, bedliner for nearly $2000 on March 30. After it had been shipped, I place the blankets about the mattress. The blankets were too large for that bed. I got the blankets back again to Sleepys. Given that they didn't have blankets that will match my bed, I requested for my cash back. The Sleepy's worker was really curt and rude. At age sixty, I ought to not need to put on having a worker that works this way. I quit the shop really annoyed. I thought the issue could be looked after given that they had my blankets and all my contact info. Since I have hadn't noticed back from Sleepys which is today May, I visited the shop simply to be informed that I'd to contact Customer Support. I named customer support and was informed clients can't return something. I requested to keep in touch with the client services boss. I'm awaiting a phone today. Nothing can be used back at any shop. Anyone considering buying at sleepys must rethink it and purchase elsewhere but sleepys. CLIENTS BEWARE! Take a look at all of the grievances on Sleepys online. I want I'd did that. Ideally this can maintain another person from purchasing from Sleepys and having a terrible experience also. I'd prepared on purchasing extra bed for my additional rooms, but will certainly not be purchasing from Sleepys.
