We bought a reclining love seat at Rooms To Go 12 months ago. The one they delivered was not the color we thought we had ordered so we sent it back and got the one we wanted. It was delivered to us broken. The frame underneath was somehow bent! And one side of the foot rest would not meet the other side. I called the store the minute I saw it. I wanted them to replace the item with another one but was told that item had been discontinued and was no longer available. The customer service lady told me that they could have their repair person come and fix it. I agreed (big mistake) the man came about two weeks later with the replacement part. After the repair the foot rest was still not quite even with the other side, and the reclining mechanism was very rough. VERY, VERY hard to recline. He assured me it would loosen up. It never has. Once it is reclined it is very, very hard to get back down. I have never been this disappointed with any furniture I have ever bought. I still have nearly 3,000.00 available on my GEMB Rooms To Go credit card. We will not be using it.
