I purchased a custom sofa from Seigerman's 10/03. At that time I had been informed that it'd be recommended to buy AN EXTENSIVE guarantee for $240.00 which may protect repairs for that duration of the sofa. I place in a state in 2002 since the cushions were all loose and also the filling wasn't encouraging anymore. They explained they do not include cushion fillings. Okay, I invested cash to correct it by myself working the guarantee might certainly protect damaged springs. Simply named nowadays since the rises smashed and have to be fixed. I had been informed the guarantee was just for five years. Also bad!
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER was I advised that it had been merely a five-year strategy. Am I insane? Could I invest $240.00 to get a five-year crummy sofa? (incidentally after searching underneath in the building of the sofa, it's undoubtedly the largest bit of trash).
I firmly think that the misunderstanding at that time of purchase was deliberate along with a tactic to create me feel much more comfortable about purchasing their excellent item. I'm so pissed off I will probably visit small claims court. I will reside having a error however it kils me that I got scammed by their cheap salesman who're possibly on fee. Consumer beware!!!
