Dishonesty and bad workmanship

Mark, who owns the corporation created claims he didnot maintain, organized my work, smashed my dumbwaiter, which he didn't repair, didnot complete the units as guaranteed, created numerous errors, was challenging and reported about anything. He was insulting and challenging to work well with by me and my subs.

Then after weeks of awaiting him to construct a Murphy sleep, I requested for my deposit of $700 back. He declined for months, subsequently offered back only $550 of the deposit. He never actually began the mattress.

A week ago I obtained a dirty e-mail from him calling us titles and insulting people. He was unprofessional in most elements and that I might alert anybody from using the services of him.

However, we settled him entirely for that function he never finished.
