I bought a Franklin Recliner Couch from Gardner-White Furniture which included a production deficiency seam in the centre cushion in addition to a split within the top support. Since I didn't discover these things within 48-hours of shipping Gardner-White will not substitute them or repair them under guarantee so blessed me I reach spend top dollar for bargainbasement furniture.
I'll never store at Gardner-White again. A business that doesn't back their item doesn't deserve my company or my hard earned cash.
