I was given an aerogarden as a gift for Christmas. After following the instructions precisely, the six herbs in the kit began to grow, and grew nicely until February 20, when I noticed the dill was wilting and turning yellow, and died within a day. I tried to contact customer service via both e-mail and telephone. There was no response to my e-mail, and after being on hold for over an hour, I gave up.

I've read all over the web that there is virtually NO customer service for this organization... Do NOT order from these people! They do NOT stand behind their product!

I even wrote a negative review about their lack of commitment - and of COURSE they did not publish it, even though I 'verified' my review by providing my e-mail.
