Don't purchase something from National Signature Furniture shops. They don't worry about their clients. Don't think something they let you know since it is all lies. They cause you to purchase support guidelines that they can not recognize. We bought dark leather theatre sitting in N ovember 2007. We also introduced a leather safety plan at that time of purchase. We were informed the safety plan might look after all releases, holes etc so long as it had been not deliberate. While it had been first shipped among the seats had a running noise. We were informed which was regular since it was fresh also it works itself out. Well it never did plus they did substitute that item. Today the seat is rubbing the leather down within the back. We visited the shop in Brandon, California where it bought. They stated they'd send a specialist. I acquired a voice-mail the technology documented it was typical deterioration (which it wasn't since it's about the back of the seat where no body or something touches it.) Today they're informing us they have stopped the furniture. We called back with no one actually named people back for around per month. So we'd to come back towards the shop to voice our problem. We were informed they might contact us back on Wednesday that they didn't. I called back on Thursday and was placed on store for over twenty minutes. I called again and customer support never acquired the phone. We're still waiting.
