Onnthe 14th of february my spouse and that i requested a mattress for the 3-year old daughter. We incorrectly paid money. We were told we could get the bed from their warehouse that wednesday. Wednesday arrived... No bed. We were told it'd be there friday. Friday, nevertheless no bed. We were today informed it'd be there the 25th of the month. Furious by this time we asked to get a refund. 2 months later, and we still don't have any refund. We hav voiced to everyone in the store manager for the secretary of the vice president of haynes. Not 1 single-person has told the same account/justification yet.'the check is within the email' today happening 14 days! We called the local authorities, who advised us that despite the fact that haynes has 'taken our cash', it's a civil matter that must be pursued by an attorney. Buyer beware!!!
