I bought a stearns and foster bed in august. 07. The very first bed shipped was torn, the Next bed shipped was torn, the Next bed shipped had only a little split within the binding. I had been thus frustrated that I stated I'd maintain this bed. I bought insurance for this. I subsequently was advised I'd to signal and "as-is" notice. I did so. The notice states plainly the insurance might affect the unchanged part of the bed. Today the bed is loose on both sides 2". I attempted to obtain Macyis to deliver something guy out to confirm this-but they decline. They WOn't do something for all of US due to the "as-is" notice. Are you able to support?
