Kept my money, no furniture

I offered deposit on furnishings ($10,000) 24 months ago. I've gotten no furniture with no reimbursement of deposit. Larry Baer won't return my telephone calls or my lawyeris. After I asked of the accounting division, I had been informed that Larry Baer created an accessibility to "absorb" my income. I've no available purchases plus they owe me nothing.
