Lazy boy recliner
Delivered broken

Roughly four weeks before I bought 2 lazy-boy recliners from Connis within the White Settlement section of Fort Worth, TX 76108.

The seats were shipped in the guaranteed period. Which was the finish of "customer support". Among the seats was damaged (wood-frame underneath the seat is divided). I've made repeated calls towards the shop but have gotten nowhere. A furniture restoration location (Kelleyis) did emerge about 14 days later and stated that the seat couldn't be set. I later obtained components from the furniture business??? Without any reason.

My husband and that I are 94 and 84 years old. I named and reported for just two months towards the nearby Conn's shop, talking to Van Woods (store manager). I had been informed he might do-nothing about changing the damaged seat which work headquarters were the only real people who might approve an exchange. He was excellent and comprehension but required no motion to displace the seat to my pleasure.

I subsequently approached my child, Donna Beaver, who lives 2 hrs north of Fort Worth to complete anything about that scenario when I wasn't receiving everywhere with any fulfillment.By today, July 29 nothing has been completed. Our child has named the shop 2-3 times per week and it has voiced with Van Woods (shop manager) Billy (associate manager) Ralph, Bob, Cody Beason and Charles Doty (sellers). They've all paid attention to the tale but no body appears thinking about getting the basketball and doing anything about this. Can't someone he the idol and get this to client content?

What should my next transfer be? Every time my child calls and talks with among the above males, if they're accessible and never about the telephone, they claim they'll contact and consult with me (I reside 2 blocks in the shop). No body from Connis has yet to come back any calls to my home# or even to my childis home#. For instance, my child named today and talked with Ralph (salesman) in the shop - Van Woods (store-manager) was about the telephone and he explained he might return the phone call. No-call for over a time. She called back and he'd quit for that evening
