I recently created a purchase to get a Press Stand (Bunglow) from Cage and Barrel - along side 2 little book circumstances. After 4 efforts CB was not able to mail-me an item without harm. Each and every period the part was cracked. Despite repeated calls and guarantees the same is likely to be resolved. After being individual with each one of these efforts, i agreed to choose this up in the shop myself however they couldn't provide mean ETA onto it. (I'd previously invested four weeks with this procedure right now)
I eventually had my purchase ended and required a reimbursement about the press stand and also the delivery (since the entire cause i settled the delivery was for that press stay) - I really could have transported the little book instances from Cage and Barrel shop to my location (3 miles away) in a taxi. I had been guaranteed the exact same is likely to be completed.
After awaiting four weeks i eventually got a reimbursement on my charge card for that Press stand-only. I named the client support representative who stated that since the book circumstances were shipped they CAn't reimbursement the delivery in my experience. I tried explaining to her the entire cause i paid-for delivery was for that press stay and may have gotten the book instances myself - which she mentioned wasn't a legitimate debate because they did provide anything!!! I am aware - they sent 'anything' - but that something didn't require me to pay for $80 within the first-place...!!
I'm SUPER disappointed. I've invested more than 2 months to unsuccessfully obtain a press stay from CB - and actually they charged my charge card your day it had been requested (Therefore The shop was resting on my cash for 10 months) and today I'm not obtain a reimbursement on delivery for that item that never appeared.
To Get A business that's recognized because of its customer support I'm completely dissatisfied and feel robbed.
