Chris acting GM, at Tempe AZ Mills Conn's was SO nice and helpful with my credit app and furniture purchase. Unfortunately every word out of his mouth is a lie, Conn's provides OPTIONAL insurance on the sale, Chris presented this insurance to me as INCLUDED & had me sign for it. Upon getting home and looking over my contracts, I realized that Chris took advantage of me and added about 300 unnecessary charges to my tab, 300 that will be subject to a 25.99% finance fee! Chris also sold me my furniture with a 6mth same as cash offer and then had me sign a sheet stating that I was amending the conditions detailed in my agreement, basically it says that I am not eligible for that either! When I called to complain and confront Chris, I got INSTANT attitude. The nice guy that had helped me so well a few days before was evil. I am disgusted with the service provided by Chris and his corporate office, yet to hear from the district manager or the REAL GM of the store and I have been complaining for over a week.
Oh, last thing, Conn's delivery driver found my medical marijuana (AZ) and had the nerve to ask to purchase some from me! Wow.
