Purchased a shadowbox for my military items on 6/5 and still have not received the shadowbox. I've attempted to work with the owner who explained they had delays but the owner has stopped returning phone calls and doesn't reply to my emails. I've submitted complaints to the BBB and the State Attorney General's office of Virginia which have also gone unanswered by Classic Woodcraft Shadowbox. My only option now is to sue through small claims court to recover the cost of the shadowbox and the value of the personal items I sent. This is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I really consider this theft. Be very careful if you choose to purchase anything from them. You've been warned!
