I used these guys yesterday for my move from a second floor apartment to another second floor apartment from NYC to NJ. All 3 guys were great. They were hard working, efficient, and a pleasure to be around. They actually handled my heavy french door refrigerator with more finesse than the delivery/install guys did when I bought it.
I deal with band gear for a living, so in a sick twisted way, it was fun to see guys dealing with my heavy stuff. But seriously, from the on-line quote process, confirmation of move, and day of move activities, it could not have been a better experience. Mitch replied promptly to all my quote and confirmation emails, and answered all my questions without hassle. Straight Forward Moving exceeded my expectations and made this the easiest move I've had.
