Bad customer service!!! I bought my furniture last october. When i got my furniture, there was an issue. All im asking is to send me a replacement. Up until now (today is may 31), i still didnt get any replacement for my furniture. They keep promising me they will replace it. Why would you promise a customer that it will be delivered in two weeks, but in reality, it will be a year.
Kesha from the headquarters is the most unreliable person i've ever known in my life. Do not lie to your customers!!!
I regret buying my furniture from this company. I definitely do not recommend this company. It's ghetto!!!
