I had a problem with my shipment that i did order from Infurn.com the delivery date got put back twice. At first i was angry and then i contacted Costumer Service via email and told them to call me. After two days i did get a call. A nice lady did apologize for the inconvenience and offered me a voucher. I did answer that that was insufficient for my troubles so she connected me with her boss. Then i did receive a bigger voucher and the did return the shipping cost to my account.
