Visited Texas Roadhouse lately with 2 friends. We named in a reservation. We waited to become placed, needed to delay 10 units for beverages, subsequently bought snacks that required some time, subsequently requested our food and half an hour later we noticed a noisy accident and dishes slipping and also the supervisor (Andrew Lovett) arrived and informed us that 2 machines knocked into one another and our whole purchase was decreased. He explained that it'd be another 20-30 units and provided no payment. We stated we didn't wish to delay another 20-30 units, for we have there been over an hour or so without food (also it wasn't hectic whatsoever). He explained I Will get your check — we'd to cover the small food we consumed and beverages (he might have agreed to protect it, considering what we experienced). He strolled away twice, not nurturing or providing any payment. I e mailed a after I got home and 2 supervisors named me back and stated they'd check out the scenario, but were annoyed of exactly how we were handled. Have not noticed something back, but I am currently expecting the Organization Office's reaction. Prevent this location otherwise you may be handled exactly the same technique! I firmly think that Tim's conduct is accepted by Texas Roadhouse and that Iam seriously unhappy!
