I simply had the toughest encounter I’ve ever endured in a BK and I’ve consumed at BK given that they first exposed as well as in mores claims then I will remember
I went thru the drive-thru at 9:50pm and began my purchase having a Sausage Plank Farm Tendercrisp sub dinner. I expected to get a method having a Coke.in the drive-thru audio I notice a woman (her title was Site) state, “that is a 10-minute delay!!! ” I stated that was good. I subsequently requested a children poultry dinner having a coke and ketchup, a dual cheese hamburger having a coke icee, an icecream cone and an A1 Steakhouse meal and again I notice “that is a 10-minute delay!!! ” Both situations it appeared as though she was attempting to decrease my selection of snacks.
I pulled around the drive-thru screen, taken care of my foods, got the icee the child’s coke and that I needed to request the icecream. I had been subsequently requested to maneuver up-to watch for the remainder of the purchase.
After waiting, a woman introduced the meals towards the vehicle and that I observed there is no moderate coke or French chips for that Tendercrisp dinner. I appeared and it wasn’t about the bill and so I informed her despite the fact that it wasn’t about the bill I'd requested it. I informed her I'd be pleased to purchase the coke and chips but I required them for my purchase. She got the bill and headed into the cafe.in those days I observed there is no ketchup in virtually any of the bags and so I had my boy proceed into the cafe and obtain some.
Your ex returned using the woman, (Site) in the drive-thru screen and educated me that I really could get chips but I'd need to purchase the coke.
I began to get disappointed at the moment and so I informed her to maintain the chips but I'd like the coke. I supported towards the drive-thru screen so that as she passed me the vary from the Coke purchase I stated, “it could be good to-go thru a-drive thru and obtain the purchase right, simply once.”
As she made away she said “if you didn’t have this type of large purchase this overdue there wouldn’t be considered a problem.”
I couldn’t think my ears! I tapped about the screen and stated “excuse me??? ” she didn’t react and so I tapped harder and repeated myself. She popped the screen and that I questioned her what she stated and he or she didn’t solution.
I expected, “are you kidding me??? Have you been informing me that 3 snacks 1 children dinner, and an icecream is too large an order for that drive-thru??? ” I expected to determine the supervisor.
After I told the supervisor what occurred and about her wise comments he explained “I’m sorry you are feeling that way”. Again I had been dumb-founded!!! Today I’m being informed that my emotions aren’t what he thinks suitable??? I expected him if “my feelings” had something related to it! I told him that I don’t realize why this really is also late to anticipate meals in the drive-thru and also the woman (Site) stated “we need to create food clean as of this hour”. I requested “10:00pm is overdue??? The drive-thru is exposed until 1:00pm as of this store…”
I don’t comprehend!!! Where do you find these folks??? Does anyone get trained how to deal with clients, including supervisors, or would you concentrate purely on obtaining the money???

BTW… for me, BK screwed-up once they changed from Pepsi to Coke and today you sold-out on chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets taste such as the garbage they market at McDonasty. When have you been setting up the wonderful arches???
