I've been operating at mcdonalds since march of the year... Each week they've me about the routine between 25 and 30 hours... I'm a tough employee, really sincere, and obiedient. Not attempting to boast but all of the period, I actually do a lot more than many people there. I understand im a great employee since I'm the worker of the month... Therefore a couple weeks before we dropped our store-manager therefore another supervisor makes the job routine. A week ago she gave me 14 hours and connected an email towards the base of the routine stating hours have now been cut due to function efficiency and individuals calling in. The total time i been operating below i never named in not just one period, i are available in everytime they contact and state they're brief employees, i remain around for them everytime they request once they need support. I dont understand. Nowadays, before i clocked out from operating 5 hours, she said proceed amd clock-out, you currently more than 5 minutes. I clocked out and began walking towards the back again to get my bag out the team space. She shouts out where you heading i didnt set the brand new routine up however... Once i requested my food, and requested for my staff discount she'd this search on her face-like she didnt wish to utilize her signal... She made it happen subsequently strolled towards the back of the shop. I dont know if im overthinking, but I'm like my supervisor doesnt like me. I dont understand what to complete except locate a new job, but its difficult getting a job. Who'd i visit and examine this with???
