Our name is kourtni brown and that I was recently dismissed from buck standard in cedar rapids, IA. My hours were reduce to 11 hours per week before I had been dismissed and my employer acted like he was attempting to push-me out anyways. He understood what hours I really could function and extended to plan me all night that I couldnt. He understood I couldnt and thats why he wrote me up. I was operating day from 9:00 to 5:00 throughout the week and visited 4:00 to 8:30. There are often that I've worked and never gotten paid for this because He'd inform me how he was over in hours which he'd need to cheat again I've indicated myself often about my hours and time again he explained he'd consider the routine to see, but he usually pressed the problem that anything was right. And there is no stage in switching it in since he'd simply alter the hours like he usually does the schedule. NOBODY within the shop must have use of anyones hours like that. All he's to complete is get into the pc and alter the hours so he doesnt get in trouble. He often claimed the pc was create but just how can it's when he is able to alter something he wants. I cant think he hasnt been dismissed yet. I labored there since march and he's unfit in anyway to be always a supervisor exspecaily when he's informing his keyholders they have to be bitches to individuals to maintain this sort of work. The woman that place below 14 days in round the period that I'd started explained he was such as this but I suppose I and also to decide him for myself. But she was wright.
