In order to get any stock, we have to climb a tall ladder several times a day. And there are tons of big heavy boxes up on the shelves as well that make this feat even more trecherous.
The soups are burning hot and the heat just penetrates through the paper bowls burning our hands. And our sandwich station has little room on the counter/cuttingboard causing knives and all sorts of things to fall ont he floor for us to slip on.
The company pays minimum wage and only a few cents more for supervisors. They only accept a limited number of employees working at once and want no more, no less than 2 people on for the closing shift. Then they only allow us to have a half hour to finish after closing time. The do not pay overtime, even if the amount of your duties requires it. You could have a 4 hour shift and they'll get pissed off if you end up working 5 hours.
