RX catering sold shares to open up a DC store. Cheron Burns wanted to take over the DC store so she began a one woman campaign to take over the DC store. She pitted brother against brother and friend against friend. She use her womanly charm to keep up dessension in the company, until the suppliers, banks and the investors were tired of them fighting and refused to do business with them. Ms. Burns then, decided that she was going to ignore the investors whose monies that she used to open the RX catering store. She stated that she didn't know of any investors and that the franchise owner and her general manager (that she now has fired) is responsible to the investors. Byron Wickham is obviously the only one left in the organization that is still goo goo eyed by Ms Burns. I hope that he is sure about what he is doing.in my state it is illegal to take and keep people money, lie about it, and refuse to give them any returns on there money. At this time I and the other investors are no longer interest in her company, we just want our money returned. I have monthly reports and signed documents. This is a real lesson for you others out there, be careful with your retirement money.

After a thorough review by an independent certified public accountant, my clients have found no record of any monies originating from you having been deposited in the bank account of the Company.in addition, my clients have no signed paperwork evidencing your admission as a member of the Company as is required under the terms of the Operating Agreement of the Company.
However, Mr. Wickham and Ms. Burns have no role in any misuse of your funds, and the Company has no obligation to you since it never accepted your monies nor admitted you as a Member.
