AE in Columbia, Baltimore NEVER shipped agreement and didn't inform me shipping wasn't created. Had shipping collection for 9/11 EA named and stated they mightnot do - which was good t/me go right ahead and provide 9/12. On WEDNESDAY after I discovered never shipped, they stated they attempted Sat 9/12 and Sunlight 9/13 and left doorway ads. Receiver stated they DIDN'T - was house all day long, no shipping test. No test with no notice. I thought shipping was created... No conversation 9/14 or 9/15. Site claims "Successful Supply" IT HAD BEEN A REST. Never shipped. CALLED AGAIN to ensure I'm not billed (not cheap btw). The corporation in Columbia Maryland HURTS. They do not actually treatment when called out. Never appologized. Horrible service horrible company. Will never attempt to use again.
