Inponic/Wirefly Problems in the beginning. Rebate Rip-off!

In the beginning, we had many problems. It took forever to received our phones.in fact, we made many many calls over several weeks. The company made promises left and right. They claimed that they shipped overnight, but nothing ever came. WE talked to many different people, and they all blamed other people for the mistakes. Also, we had several unauthorized charges on our account from Liberty Wireless even though we chose to not use their services.

It took hours and hours of waiting on hold and being transferred to get our money back from Liberty. We eventually received our phones and everything was fine. But, when I didn't get my first statement, I called Cingular and they stated that the address was giving to them wrong, and that we would not receive our first statement. This caused a major problem with the rebate. They required that you send the first three statements. Since I couldn't send the first one, I had to wait until the second statement, which caused my rebate to be sent late.

At the current time, it's been 8 weeks since I sent the rebate in. According to the "rebate -Support Center" is states, "Received. I am very worried about the rebate after reading all of these messages. I am very frugal and I will fight forever to get my money back. I will not lose $300.00. (we ordered two phones). I will keep you updated.
