Bought heater. After 7 days quit functioning. Called customer support. Its a answering service. Never returned phone. Got it back after waiting 14 days. Replaced by retailer. New one worked 14 days ceased functioning. Called customer support. Got concept organization and was rude with no delivered named. Just wish I will get reimbursement and certainly will never utilize them again. Beware don't purchase any item out of this organization. Ps continue line and begin to look at face-book and all of the grievances stating the same issue.
