I order these headphones on 11/17 they billed my visa card 169 the also added salestax of 4.95

They say they didnt get payment want me to go back and add a code for more billing. Ive emailed 3 times no response. Ive got my credit card statement where they got paid. Do do this ive turned it over to my bank
