We bought a Panasonic stove with inverter and it offered people issues a few months after we bought it. The readout greens out and also the device is inoperable throughout that period. The doorway needs to be exposed and shut repeatedly to be able to make it work. The issue was small however it has gotten steadily worse to the stage that it-no longer remains on whatsoever. It eventually quit working a week ago. We approached Panasonic on 11-18-12 but were informed that people must go to some service-center at our cost. I honestly think that this Panasonic stove design #NN-SN778S is actually faulty and therefore, we ought to be handled fairly. We think that Panasonic must deliver us a delivery tag to ensure that we are able to return the merchandise for them for restoration. Possibly that or deliver us a reimbursement for that faulty stove. We shall NEVER again buy Panasonic items later on!!
