We bought a dvdplayer in July. We instantly had issues which we approached customer support. The sevice heart we were delivered to was the start of several issues. There is bad connection between panasonic and also the restoration heart. Subsequently, the restoration heart didn't deliver the correct paper-work for alternative. After compaining to both events, no steps were taken up to correct the problem. Panasonic promissed an upgraded device could be delivered to my home and so I wouldn't need to generate
2 hours to choose it-up in the restoration heart. After 6 months I eventually got a phone in the restoration middle to get my new DVD player. I created 4 telephone calls to panasonic to state my disappointment and serveral calls towards the service-center. No steps were actually taken up to please THE CLIENT.
