Heed the warnings about this company. I usually disregard them myself because I have an online retail company so I know how mistakes can be unavoidable and customers can overreact.in this case, the reports are 100% true and seem to have no effect on the way the company does business:
1) As others have said, they really do send very used items that have a high chance of being defective. (they don't let you know this).
2) If your purchase is defective, like mine was, you will have to pay for return shipping. If the replacement is also defective, you will keep paying.
3) If you ask for a refund, you will not be refunded the full amount. They actually charge you to reimburse themselves for shipping defective items to you.
4) They will also respond to any complaints with accusations and arrogance, unless you quietly comply with being had.
If you are attracted by the price, keep in mind that there is a real big chance that you will simply lose money and time in exchange for nothing but frustration. Pay that extra and save yourself trouble with this company.
