First Id say 95% of the things you read on here are true, except for those buy some reputation saving type organization.
CSOKIs latest scam and exploitation of its workers needs to be addressed.
Here in the EP market it is run by 2 drunks that somehow stumbled into this position, with no real feel for how it works in the north east. They might have sold a phone or two in the south.in the land of moonshine bootlegging if you can get away with it, then so be it, but up here they are seeing its run a bit differently. They first came up here and had some success, it was the right time for them and the folks in northeast had no idea, but as time went on their true colors shined through. They used to have their little "rally" like meetings bashing all their competitors up here and how they were brilliant for fraudulently labeling workers as contractors, thus making them superior to We r wireless, and such. Now a percentage of their workers all work at those competitors.
Now since they basically over hired and ran there stores into the ground and are struggling to survive, there newest scam is to simply leave you off the draft with no formal firing or layoff. Just make you fire yourself bc their locations are horrible, they hired anyone w a pulse, and burnt customers. Confused as to how the DOL isnt involved at this point, or maybe it is? However in true CSOKI fashion, Its your fault employee/frmr "contractor"LOL!!! You are the reason OUR business sucks. Not because we can drink most of philly under the table on a nightly basis, It's because you advised us to open a store w no market research on the wrong side of a busy artery. It was you employee that made us hire your friend that couldn't give a phone a way. But hey they asked for the referrals. So here we are... 2 lucky dirt necks got lost on the wrong side of the tracks and now pointing the finger at someone else, never accountable, always in denial... Such a joke
I worked here for a while and helped build their market and then watched it crumble like a house of cards, now they are trying to protect themselves and avoid the ton of unemployment claims coming. This is the dirtiest company around, In a few yrs I'm they will be gone with all the lawsuits coming. They can go and back to shoveling hay or whatever they should be doing in TN. Stay out of the northeast, take that sorry dopey good 'ole boy back were it belongs. Cellular Sales gives Verizon a horrible reputation on both the employee and consumer level, no wonder the stores are empty.
