I don't know if it's a scam or not, but it's been four weeks since my order shipped

I'm not sure if I got ripped off or not. I ordered two styluses for my Nexus 7 and I was notified that they shipped about four weeks ago. They may be legit and the pack mule train with the Honk Kong mail to the US may be waiting for a land bridge to form along the Beiring Strait, but I have a feeling that I am never going to see my order. It was only a five dollar charge so I'm not real pissed, but I thought that I should report them
