I have made serval attempts to get information from Aquajet showers for a defective steam generator in my shower model AJ9001 with no response

I have made several attempts to have this Aquajet Showers to return My phone calls. WE have a defective steam generator that was purchased with our shower and I need to know what to do to fix it. The office # says mailbox is full and cuts you off, another # they gave me says don't leave message and last of all Mark's cell phone # says call main # and don't leave a message on the cell.
