I saw an auction on ebay and seller stated he had 5 iphone 5s for sale but ebay was restricting his sales so he could only sell one a month. Casey Ray Pardon instructed me to paypal the money to him which i did. He refunded the paypal payment and suggested to send the money as payment owed via paypal which I did. He then refunded that money back to me saying he could not pull the money out. I asked for a picture of the iphones and his Ohio State ID which he sent. I decided that it seems like he is an honest guy since he sent me his ID so I sent him $2000 for the phones via Moneygram which he picked up from Walmart.
He now is making up all sorts of excuses and has no intention of returning the money or sending the phones he supposedly had.
