Horrible service, buyer beware, they will charge you more then they claim. He said it would be $90 to fix my DirecTV and then charged me over $300 dollars. Because they did "some service" the credit card company won't help me. Total scam, I would suggest finding another company and avoiding this one at all costs... Or rather before it costs you (pun intended). Note that I tried contacting them again and again, but they refuse to contact me back... Likely because they know they did something wrong. Why else wouldn't they call me back!?
