I contact and talked to 2 distinct people, they explained everybody does it plus they are the cheapest cost. After I inquired what this cost was for they stated for additonal costs-such as site understanding; instruction... Simply hits my brain that they'll cost this charge. Therefore to update after being truly a paying client for ten years I've to pay for more than 100 a telephone to update and 30 each telephone for improving. How is that this feasible and of course I spend more than 200 per month for 3 mobile phones.
