An overall total headache, please prevent them by all means and consider your cash elsewhere
I submitted my 1st Segway battery for support having a guarantee it'll prepare yourself in a few week on April. The moment they obtained my first battery, they stated they're sold-out and it'll have a couple weeks before they them from China, I decided and waited. I subsequently delivered my next functional battery when I considered is a great thought to become examined, ensuring it's suitable for my recently filled battery! I thought it might require a restore support which may charge $150! They approached me and stated the 2nd battery requires a total refill support for $500 and that I decided. They stated they've to focus on 100 batteries obtained from the segway supplier and my purchase might take longer. They created reasons the circuit-board in of the batteries is damaged and wants alternative, another $100, complete cost is $1100 to date! Then it got them another 2 months to express wait more. Really disappointed and exhausted, I named them again, they stated their technicians are screening the batteries, because they don't maintain great cost and also have to determine what's the issue! They keep you hanging week-by-week, because they don't provide you with ultimate response to come to a decision. Once you wait long enough, you believe it'd worth awaiting the final week, but this continues and on just like a period. When I am composing this remark (June 27), I've yet to get my bad batteries! I'd several desires for my segway to make use of it in my own holiday period, but all-is eliminated today! With this specific kind of support, I don't understand how might they remain in company or endure!
