They promote components as in-stock and prepared to vessel however it's not the case. Requested an ATV component which was "in-stock and prepared to ship. Product was back-ordered for 1-3 months. Period arrived and went. After another fourteen days and several calls I obtained a reimbursement for that component although not the delivery cost. They might just create one return per-transaction. However they could be pleased to provide me a credit for all those costs on my next purchase. Positive, on my next purchase. Lesson learned.
