Computer Rebate of $350 Repeatedly Rejected Then Declared Expired

Purchased a computer from Best Buy and financed through their company -HRS USA. Best Buy offered a $350 rebate with the purchase...

I sent in all required receipts and documents; Best Buy rejected my rebate request repeatedly -claiming they needed more information.

I complied with all of their requests promptly and got nowhere. Finally I received a letter that the rebate offer had expired and not to make another request.

I complained to the Best Buy store in Amarillo, TX. But the salesperson said that the rebate is just a gimmick to get people to buy. He said it is almost impossible to collect.

I complained to HRS USA and Best Buy but was ignored at all attempts... I am paying off this account today but the computer cost me additional $300 due to late postings of payments and charging $29 a month no matter when i sent the payment.
