Found a wireless audio transmitter/receiver offered by X10 via search engine. Placed order with them, and was called by sales rep stating that the product was no longer offered for sale on a Tuesday. Discussed another option, but decided that I didn't want it and cancelled the order on the same day. Sales rep confirmed the cancelled order on Wed. Morning early. But on Thursday, my credit card was billed for the item that they no longer offer or can deliver on. Now I'm being told that credit can take up to 30 days to process. And, even though I sent the URL to them where I found the item, that page is still out there on the internet. Do not do business with this company, as I now see the multitude of complaints being posted here and elsewhere. I have filed complaint with WA State Atty. General as well to make them aware.
