My 1-yr-old Samsung washer stopped working over a month ago and I have gotten nothing but the run-around! The company they contract with to do repairs has no idea what is going on. A part was supposedly ordered over 3 weeks ago. They have told me the part has shipped but there is no way to track it. They refuse to bring me a new washer - surprise, surprise! I have talked to numerous people who have similar stories. Never, never, never buy anything from there!
