I ordered a product online on 27 April from site d2hshop.com and also made my payment online. On 1 May i got call from First flight that my courier has come and i have to make my payment in cash to get the product. Customer support is too day. They donot pick the call and they told me that they cant help me any way as i have made online transaction i have to complain online. Online complains are never answered. They have made the customer totally helpless.
