Bought through Groupon Waterproof IPhone cover worth $60.00 for $15.00. Was a piece of junk not worth $2.00

I bought a waterproof IPhone cover through Groupon. It was supposed to be a $60.00 value for $15.00. It was a plastic pouch attached to a lanyard, not worth $2.00. First time I have been unhappy with Groupon.
